 Invoices are sent from the system, but customers do not receive them
Solution Invoices were sent correctly (there are records about this in System / Events Log), but customers say they did not receive any mail from us. What can be the problem?

To resolve this situation: check "Mail from" setting in Configuration / System Config. It is possibly set to something like "root@localhost" or "billbery@localhost", but this will not be accepted by hosts with strict anti-spam configuration. You need to specify correct address there - something like "billbery@<real-hostname>", where <real-hostname> is hostname of your server. This address is different from that will be shown in "From" field of receivers, it is like system user address, that sends mail.
