 How do I setup general and premium destination under one prefix for one of my clients?
Solution This task can be easily performed, and has two solutions:

1) Create two clients in BillBery - one per destination quality. These two clients will, in fact, resemble one physical customer or provider, so you can name them like this: "Client A - General" and "Client A - Premium". Of course, you will have to specify techprefixes for each client which are corresponding to your switch settings.
Benefits of this method:
  • you can use correct tech prefixes;
  • your rates can be imported and are displayed as usual.
Drawbacks:
  • this client's invoices and statistics are separate for each destination quality (premium "part" of this client has its own invoices and statistics).
2) Import a new set of codes into client's rate table which resemble the premium quality. For example, if you use a premium destination "380" with "111#" techprefix, you will have to add "111#380" code in addition to "380" to rate table. These new codes will have appropriate (different prices) and will also bill correctly.
Benefits of this method:
  • whole statistics and invoices for your client;
  • no need to create additional clients.
Drawbacks:
  • additional code list creation/import.
